The grater roll is made of stainless steel for easy grating and cleaning. Equipped with an extremely silent helical steel gear reducer, in oil bath. The body is in aluminum alloy; the housing for the TGC and the plate of the engine head for the TG, the hopper, the grinding group and the meat collecting basin are in 18/8 stainless steel.
The hopper and the grinding unit can be easily disconnected from the machine body for a thorough cleaning.
