This machine, thanks to the different interchangeable cutting groups, is able to tenderize and cut into strips of different widths both meat (eg pork, chicken or tripe) and fish (eg. Squid).

This machine, thanks to the different interchangeable cutting groups, is able to tenderize and cut into strips of different widths both meat (eg pork, chicken or tripe) and fish (eg. Squid).

Completely built in stainless steel, for easier and faster cleaning of the machine. The cutting unit, which can be removed in two steps, can be placed in the dishwasher to ensure the best cleaning in this area, constantly in contact with food.

Equipped with transparent side shields, for more safety of the operator that cannot come into contact with the blades and to make the machine visible. The machine is equipped with a micro that does not allow access if these shelters are not inserted in the seat.

Optional: stainless steel tray. Roll rotation inversion system.
