Carcass hopper and meat tray in 18/8 stainless steel. The grinding group is built in a special legal aluminum food for the TC8, while for all the other models it is entirely made of 18/8 stainless steel or cast iron. The hopper and the grinding unit can be easily disconnected from the machine body for a thorough cleaning.
For the TC32 model, with a simple rotation of a lever the disengagement of the grinding group is obtained.
The TC models have the motor head covered with a strip of stainless steel sheet.
